Combo – water/foot/balloon/popping . WIN! I tried this this past weekend, and I have to say I pretty well enjoyed it. It took some work to get the right amount of water onto the balloon that I wanted, but I worked it out. If you have never tried it, I suggest that you do. I have a thing for water balloons too, but that’s another blog all together.
